Once it leaves our hands USPS takes the court and you will have it in 2-5 days. Track it obsessively between rotations or forget about it completely until it shows up at your door. Look, we want you to love your gear as much as you love tooling the block. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong we will make it right — that one is always on us.

• You have 30 days from purchase to let us know — don't wait three rotations to say something
• Item needs to be unused and in the condition you received it — we trust you, don't make it weird
• Wrong size? We get it, sizing is as unpredictable as a lollipop serve — reach out and we will sort it out
