Refund policy

We want you to love your gear as much as you love a perfect kill shot down the line. If something is not right we will make it right — no whistles, no arguments, no video review needed.

We offer full refunds for:

- Items that arrived damaged or defective — that one is always on us, no questions asked

- Orders that were sent incorrectly — wrong shirt, wrong size, wrong design, we fix it immediately

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date — do not wait three rotations to speak up, call it early and we will handle it from there.

To request a refund contact us at support@notmyball.com with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. We are real humans who actually play volleyball and we respond to every single message.

This refund policy may be updated at any time but we will always keep it as fair and straightforward as a ball that lands clearly out — no debate, no drama, just the right call.

For best long term results please follow our washing and care instructions — treat your shirt right and it will outlast more seasons than your knees will.
